3. Private Events & Bookings

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book private events. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Event Cancellation Policy.

  • Guests may bring their own food and drinks, but Candle Bar 111 is not responsible for third-party catering.

  • We only send SMS messages to individuals who first initiate contact with us.

  • We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless you have explicitly opted in through a form on our website.

  • Message Frequency: Users may receive messages weekly or as needed based on their interactions with our services.
