Candle Bar 111 Workshop Experience

Join us for a fun and creative DIY candle-making workshop! You’ll get to personalize your own candle by choosing from a variety of vessels and fragrances that inspire you. You’ll create your candle using our DIY menu, with guidance from our experienced team.

 

Important Details​

• Reservations

  • ​Our workshops have limited seating and set pouring times, so we highly recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows. Online reservations close 30 minutes before a session starts, and be sure to check our event calendar for any early closures or private events that may affect availability.

• Cancellations & Lateness Policy

  • ​Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit their booking.

  • Please arrive on time—if you're more than 10 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited to avoid disrupting other guests, scheduled pour times, etc. 

• Age Requirements 

  • Guests must be 10 years or older

  • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian for the duration of the workshop

  • Children under 5 are not permitted in the workshop area

  • For safety reasons, no unsupervised minors are allowed due to the use of hot wax and fragrance oils

 

Perks and Pickup

• After your pour, enjoy shopping in our retail space and receive a 10% discount on retail purchases!

• Pickup or Shipping: Candles take up to 2 hours to cool and will be ready for pickup afterward. For our 4:30pm class on Weds & Sun and 5:45pm class Th-Sat, your candles will be ready the next day. If you prefer, we can ship your candle for $8-12 each depending on your location.

 

Additional Information

• Food & Alcohol Policy: For safety reasons, no food or alcohol is allowed in the workshop space. If you'd like to host a private event with food, gifts, or additional activities, please inquire here for details.

• We do not have a public restroom, you can find restrooms at nearby restaurants, breweries, tasting rooms, etc.
