July Special Happy Hour Candle Workshop

Service Description

Summer Happy Hour Rate: $45 per person on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions at 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM, valid July 1-31, 2026. Happy Hour pricing applies to public workshops only and is not valid for private events, or special events. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Subject to availability. Happy Hour pricing applies only to qualifying sessions within the promotional period. Rescheduled bookings outside of July 1-31, beyond 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM Wednesday through Friday sessions, or to weekend or daytime pour. There are no food or beverages allowed during these sessions. Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled session so you have time to check in and get settled. Workshops begin promptly, and guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may not be able to participate if the class is already in progress. Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Cancellations: Reservations canceled within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will also forfeit their appointment. Please arrive on time -- if you're more than 10 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited to avoid disrupting other guests and scheduled pour times. Age Requirements: Participants must be 10 years or older and attending with a paid parent participant. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian present to sign a waiver. Children under 10 are not permitted in the workshop area for safety reasons. Because we work with hot wax and fragrance oils, all minors must be supervised at all times. We highly recommend booking in advance since seating is limited and workshops run at set pour times. Please check our event calendar for availability and to confirm we're not hosting a private event. Perks: After your pour, enjoy 10% off any same-day retail purchases as our thank-you for spending time with us. Candle Pickup or Shipping: Candles take about 2 hours to cool. If you're in an earlier session, you're welcome to explore the Funk Zone or browse our shop while you wait. Candles must be picked up within 7 days. Guests attending our 5:30 PM workshops can pick up their candles the following day during business hours, or we can ship them starting at $8.50 per candle. Food Policy: For safety reasons, food is not permitted in the workshop area. If you'd like to host a private event with food, gifts, or extra activities, please inquire for details.
